Attendee Information
We are SOLD OUT and attendee registration is now closed!
Conference registration includes:
- Annual membership dues for one year from sign-up date (for new contacts) or one year from current expiration date (for existing members).
- Welcome reception, two breakfasts, and two lunches
- Access to all live conference sessions (we do not have a virtual option or recordings available)
There are no cancellations after March 31, 2024. A registration may be transferred to another person within the same company/organization at any time by notifying MASHSMD via email at [email protected]. Reselling registrations is not permitted.
By registering for our conference, you approve the sharing of the attendee's registration information with our sponsors. If you request to opt-out of this, please let us know by emailing [email protected].
Do you need to justify your attendance?
If you need support getting approval from your organization to justify the expenses and time away from the office, we suggest using our customizable justification letter with information about why this is a valuable investment for your organization.

The Delta Hotel Parking Garage is located at the corner of Canal St. & 5th St.

Parking for Conference Attendees will be $10 per day.
Entering the Garage
Overnight guests:
- Please see Desk Agents in the Lobby (Lobby Level) upon check-in.
- Parking will be applied to room key at check-in.
- The key will allow in/out privileges through the duration of stay.
Day Attendees:
- Take ticket received upon entry to the parking deck to the Conference registration desk on the 2nd floor (Meeting Level)
- Conference Staff will provide a validation sticker to place on the back of the parking ticket.
- Day attendees do not receive in/out privileges.
Exiting the Garage
Overnight Guests:
- Scan the room key at the exit kiosk.
- Drop the key in the drop box.
- The gate will lift to exit.
Day Attendees:
- At the exit Kiosk, scan the barcode on the front of the ticket received at the entrance kiosk.
- The machine will display the balanced owed.
- Scan the validation sticker on the back of the ticket as a form of payment.
- The gate will lift to exit.
