Future Events: People Accessible: Bringing Humanity to Healthcare UX Tuesday, December 2, 2025 Accessibility in healthcare isn’t just about checking boxes — it’s about creating experiences that work for everyone. This session challenges the traditional view of accessibility as a compliance exercise and explores how inclusive design can enhance patient engagement, trust, and outcomes. Through real-world healthcare examples, we’ll unpack:
Healthcare marketers will leave with actionable insights on how to embed accessibility into their digital strategy — not just for compliance, but to deliver equitable, empathetic, and effective care online. About the speakerCorey Robillard is a Design Lead at Reason One. He believes that web accessibility is about not hindering, but enhancing the experience of users who may not be able to access websites the same way others are able to, and applies that line of thinking to every project he is a part of. He finds new solutions to complex problems and creates stunning designs that are WCAG 2.2 Level AA compliant. He collaborates with the client to ensure that his designs fit not just the need of the project, but the tone and feel of the client themselves. He works from discovery all the way to launch in close communication with developers ensuring that the user's experience is accounted for during all parts of the project. With a fine eye for design, Corey goes that extra mile, taking into account elements of the design that not everybody notices at first, but that are key in ensuring the best user experience.
